请问前辈们有没有遇到过以下情况:

We transferred this case because the record indicates that office has jurisdication over the case. That office will notify
you of subsequent action taken on this case.
我们的CASE一直都是在LINCOLN NE 处理，不知为什么会Transfer。 请前辈们指点。谢谢
