以下是我10/29/04做骨髓穿刺的报告，请高手帮忙翻译，谢谢！
另外，我还有几个问题请教：
1、医生给我的诊断结果是：慢性白血病，目前不需要治疗，只要跟踪观察，每二个月做一次血检，如果情况恶化，就会安排化疗。我觉得这是消极的等待死亡，不知有没有其他更积极的治疗方法？
2、我在网上查了一些资料，从英文网站上我了解到这是一种没法治愈的恶性疾病，确诊后平均还有3年时间。而从中文网上，我得到的是比较乐观的信息，治愈率90%。是不是国内在此病的治疗上比美国有更先进的办法？
3、请问饮食上应该注意什么？

BONE MARROW ASPIRATION INTERPRETATION:
Erythropoiesis: Normoblastic
Granulopoiesis: Normoblastic
Thrombopoiesis: Normoblastic
Other findings: Approximately 50% of the bone marrow cellular population
is composed of atypical lymphocytes with moderately
condensed nuclear chromatic and prominent central nucleoli
with scant basophillic cytoplasm.
Iron: Markedly decreased with no abnormal ringed forms identified.
BONE MARROW BIOPSY / CLOT INTERPRETATION:
Cellularity: Approximately 60% (normocellular for age)
M:E ratio: Approximately 1.5:1
Trabeculae: Adequate
Erythropoiesis: Normoplastic
Granulopoiesis: Normoplastic
Thrombopoiesis: Adequate megakaryocytes present
Other finding: Abnormal infiltrate of atypical lymphoid cells similar to
those seen in the aspiration specimen are present diffusely
infiltrating the cellular marrow, composing approximately
50% of the population of cells.
Iron: Absent. Iron staining on core biopsy specimen and clot
section.
PAS: Adequate granulocytes and megakaryocytes
Decal: Adequate
PERIPHERAL BLOOD INTERPRETATION:
Neutrophils: Mature
Lymphocytes: Atypical population of lymphocytes with moderately dense
chromatic and prominent nucleoli and scant cytoplasm are
identified and compose greater than 80% of the circulating
lymphocytes identified in the eripheral smear.
Other Leukocytes: Mature
NRBC: Absent
Erythrocytes: Occasional red blood cell fragments identified
Platelets: Decreased; small and scattered
A CD5 positive Kappa-monotypic B cell population is identified. The atypical lymphoid population composing approximately 53% of the cells in the flow cytometry bone marrow aspiration specimen express CD5, CD19, CD20 (moderate), CD23 (heterogeneous), CD45, FMC7, CD79B and Kappa light chain.
DIAGNOSIS: B cell prolymphocytic leukemia
