Obamacare vs. Permanent Resident? newstage2013-08-29 14:31:37

Anyone knows about the impact?  From next year 2014, all the green card holders need to purchase health insurance in order to avoid the penalty?  What about those people who are 65+ and no income sources?  Thanks
