about the extentiion of H-1B after six years limitation babyghost2013-11-01 18:28:05

all teachers,

my current H-1B will reach six years at July, 2014. I have an approved 1-140 of NIW (approved at july, 2010), not EB-2. I filed myself, without any relation with employer. because it is still take turn on the line, I am afraid I can not file I-485 before july, 2014. so if I can apply another 3 years H-1B extention before my current H-1b reach to six years?
