1 结婚后多久，她的绿卡申请可以起动?-You may file I-130 in about one to two months after marriage.

2。现在visa bulletin F2A排期是2013 年九月。只是等两个月。我有没有理由合理推测，我未婚妻的I130 在明年二月提交后，也只要等几个月就可以交485？-Hard to say.

再问8老师：如果B-2没有延期之前，我们file了I-485， 她还能继续呆在美国 without B-2 status 吗？
5. 婚妻将在春节以旅游签证赴美同我结婚。我有绿卡。然后她申请语言学校（它们给发i20).请问她呆在美国的这段时间，她的身份怎么才能转成F1？
-had better do it 2 to 3 months later after she enters US. Also she has to convince USCIS that she has no immigration intent, otherwise her F-1 will not be approved. So, she may change her status to F-1 first and marry you later (at least file the F-1 application first, then marry you). 并大概要多久啊？-3 to 6 months, case by case.
再问8老师：如果我们先不结婚，先把她转成F1。转的过程中她的B-2能否延期？我怕6月不够？
转成F1之后，我们在结婚，给她办绿卡。可行吗？
