今天突然收到 律师的助手的电话， 说 要把我的 ＣＡＳＥ　变成　EB3，　并给了以下的时间表，　请问　可行性如何？　请指点

Step1: sign the contract and pay
the full legal fee and filing fee.

Step2: take the medical exam and
give to us as soon as possible that we can file it on time.
