拿到485receive notice,上面有一段话:As a reminder, if you have an underlying Form I-140 that is approved or is still pending, you many request to change employers under INA 204(j) if your form I-485 adjustment application has been pending for at least 180 days.
我的情况现在很不妙,2014年二月中就要被迫离开公司了.我的485receive date is 12/10/2013,所以到时候485没有到180天,是不是我的485会作废呢?即使我找到工作是不是要从头申请绿卡呢？
还有如果我离开公司,那公司是不是要revoke 我现在的H1-B吗？那移民局就会知道我不在帮我申请485的公司了，会直接导致我的485 被拒吗？
我一月中打指纹，这样的话，EAD会多久下来呢？
