My hu*****and (Canadian Citizen) is working at US on TN status. I came here in US on a B1/B2 visa (I am still a Chinese Citizen). Before the I-94 expired, I requested for a status change to INS. They are still processing the case. Recently, my hu*****and got a job offer and he wants to change his employer. Do I need go with him to border to re-apply for vias or other things for entry? Will INS issue a visa or just a new TD status? Any one has a similar experience? Thanks for advice.
