我们最近也收到130RFE, ask for submit any of the following:
1.Birth Certificate (not notarial), 是不是国内公证处的出生证明就是无效的?
2.Hospital Certification
3. Family House hold registry
4. Family House hold register form
5. Booklet issued by the Province's Health Department regarding the birth.
我们打算用3, 户口本, 可是有2个问题。
1.我的堂姐和她的儿子都在我家的户口索引表上，her son's last name is different from ours.
2.我父亲过世了，我母亲变为户主，所以在我母亲那一页就有手写的图改。
户口索引表必须要交吗？这些会不会影响户口的有效性呢？多谢了。
