I heard that there is some kind of agreement between Immigration Lawyers and INS office. Lawyers can request INS to review some strong cases they have submitted. Once those strong cases are approved, the lawyers can use them as ad to recruit more businesses. That is maybe the reason why some people got their cases approved in a very short period of time while others (maybe having the weak cases) still wait in the long list. If this is true, to find a lawyer may be helpful if your cases are strong. Did anybody else hear a similar story?
