i-131,Part 3, after 3.a, I check "No", Then , If you are applying for a non-DACA AP document, skip to Part 7;
is this mean I can skip to Part 7 for my parents' cases? I don't have to check Part 3- question5? leave part 4 blank? just continue to finish part 7?
