入籍申请N-400表有一个问题，是问以前有没有参加过任何组织（Have you ever been a member of or associated with any organization, association, fund foundation, party, club, society, or similar group in the US or in any other place?）
我以前曾经是几个学者研究组织（像IEEE,ACM之类的）的会员，要不要选“Yes”并且把这几个组织列出来？谢谢！
