My hu*****and is H1-B visa holder, and I'm H4. We filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently. I received my fingerprint notification last month and just took it this morning at the local INS office. However, so far my hu*****and hasn't received his fingerprint notification. Since I'm dependent of my hu*****and, the success of my case will depend on the success of my hu*****and's case. Is there any problem with my hu*****and's case? If there is, why can I still receive the fingerprint notification? Thanks in advance.
