查了好多资料也没有搞清楚。 我知道办结婚移民时必须要结婚时继子女未满18岁，21岁以下 继子女才能同时移民。 但办职业移民时的规定说法不一，很是迷茫。 有人说
your child to be eligible for following-to-join benefits, he or she must have been a child / stepchild from a marriage of yours (the marriage must have existed at the time of your admission to the U.S.)
现在难下决定，是暂缓结婚先给孩子办留学，然后他走留学生的路， 还是自己先结婚把孩子捎上。
众多EB类的童鞋们，有成功例子结婚时继子女已经满18岁，继子女Following-to-join拿绿卡的吗?
