“Also, if you became a permanent resident before you turned 14 years old, you are required to replace your card when you become 14 years old“
究竟是该按卡上的日期（ 有效到2023年，不用换卡），还是按USCIS网站上的办Replacement卡？孩子得卡时是十三岁，现在都17岁了。这几年出出进进的，因为卡上的日期离过期早着呢，海关也没说什么，所以也没注意还有十四岁这一说。
还有，孩子父母放弃绿卡，会影响17岁孩子的绿卡身份吗？谢谢！
