May I apply J-1 visa during the time when University process H-1B for me in USCIS? If possible, what will happen? Can I directly apply H-1B in USA (now I am not in USA) and change J-1 to H-1B in USA?
I am afriad I could not get H-1B, and now other Univ. said they can apply J-1 for me now, so I want get this J-1 first, and if H-1B is okay, I change from J-1 to H-1B?
