H1 to F1, Thanks first!!! h1f1h12004-11-30 08:13:41

Hi, All

I'm going to transfer from H1 to F1. I just filed I-539. Based on USCIS website, it seems I need to wait for at least 3 month. My I-20 is for the coming Winter Quater. So,

1. May I start to take the course for the next quater (Spring Quater) since I need to wait for a long time to get my F1 approved?

2. If my F1 approved in the middle of Winter Quater, may I work until the starting of spring quater? i.e., will my H1 expires immediately after my F1 approved?
