Need help-AC21 for I485 Yinghar2004-11-30 23:31:00

I just changed a job. I prepare to file AC21, but my lawer told me that don't need file AC21 immediately. Is that true? Could you please tell me how long I have to file AC21 after change a new job? Thanks in advance!
