我觉得我还是重新递交n400吧。
有一个问题想请教一下。
因为我当时N400选的是第二个选项：
You are at least 18 yrs old and have been a PR of US for at least 3 yrs..... and your spouse has been a US citizen for the last 3 yrs AT THE TIME of filing your N400."
USCIS的decision信件说：
...During the interview, you confirmed that the information on your n400 and supporting documents was correct. The record reflects that your US citizen spouse had been only 2 yrs 9 mon 3 days on the date you filed n400...
那如果我要重新递交n400的话，第31问
Have you ever given any US government officials any information or documentation that was false, fraudulent, or misleading?
1.我可以回答NO吗？(可以? or 不可以？)
2.如果第二次面试的时候IO纠缠这个问题的时候能不能这样说？
第31问这里指的是intentional cheating, 我上次是由于misunderstanding引起的，不是intentional cheating。

my wife got her green card since 18Feb2008, USCIS received her n400 on 20NOV2012, she passed her n400 interview on MAR2013, and become US citizen 19APR2013. AT THE SAME USCIS FIELD OFFICE
