I am holding H1b and left company A this March while they were applying for a labour certificate for me. I re-started the green card application in new company this July. Now company A want me to go back to work for it. Their HR told me that my labor certificate has been approved and they already filed the I-140 in this March although I have left. They told me that I can still use this application after I come back. I doubt about this. Please help me. Do you know about case like that? If their word are true, and I choose to go back to company now, I can save more than 1.5 years. My new compnay just filed my application in this July.
Since I only have two years of H1b time left, I have to be very careful about my decision.
