H1 will expire in 2-3 months. want to go back studying but not sure how soon i can get addmission(TOEFL and GRE will done next month). so, in order to keep legal status, want to change into H4 (spouse holding H1) first, then wait for I-20 for F1
question: after the INS recipt, how many days to get approved, normally? Before 9-11, it said 45 days, but don't not know how long recently. Could you please tell me if you did H4 application this year?
