My current company is very small and did not provide paystubs, i only got a check from my company bio-weekly. now i get an offer from another company and need do the H1b transfer. If i can not provide two recent paystubs,( but i can ask my boss to provide an employment letter).
is it a problem for my H1 transfer?
or should i provide my bank statement to show my deposit activities each month??
