question about I-539 博士后文学城

博士后2004-12-05 00:56:51

It may be a stupid question. I am filing an I-539 for H4.
The form was downloaded from USCIS web and filled out today (12/3/04),
but I now find on the head of the form "OMB No. 1115-0093; Expires 7/31/04".
So where to get the un-expired form? Can I use the expired form?
