我给养子去年10月递交了485 和131，11月收到receipt，之后再无动静。多少次打电话给USCIS，总是说“pending”“in the process”。最近找了Congressman催I-131，因为暑假想回国。National Bnenfit Center 给的回信如下：
Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent's immigration matters. Your constituent's cases have been requested for review and will be sent to an examining officer to confirm underlying eligibility. Travel authorization is unable to be granted before eligibility is determined. Once further action is taken, your constituent will be notified at his address of record.
请问这是什么意思？是485有问题吗？
还有，去local USCIS office 做infopass有用吗? 不知道卡在哪里了。
