I have to withdraw I140 and I485 because filing without LC notice. (LC approved date was 2 days later than I140 filing date-long story, omitted here). Anyway, when file a new one, do I have to say YES when asked if I have filed before, or I can say NO since they are withdrawn instead of being denied? My lawyer suggested saying NO so that no explanation needed, I am a bit concerned about lying.
