My I485 pending for FBI name check for many months and passed the published process date for half year. I email to FBI. No reply. I asked help from Congressman and Senator. They can do nothing since I485 is pennding due to FBI name check. I would request expert help me how should I do to get the 485 case get approval sooner.
I heard nothing since Last Oct. from USCIS. The last Oct. they requested additional informaiton - current employer letter. I responsed very quck to them. It is kind of bad experience with Nebraska center.
