我母亲在美的i94 status已经过期（逾期居留），请问485表“have you ever violated the terms or conditions of your non immigrant status?” 写yes吗？是否会影响申请？我需要485a表吗？“are you applying for adjustment based on immigration and nationality Act section 245(I)?” 要回答yes吗？
我姨妈（母亲的妹妹）给申请的移民排队在母亲来美后已经到了，但还是打算用我的名义给申请，请问这种情况，“what is your current immigration status (if it has changed since your arrival)?”怎么回答？not changed?
