8老师，我在给我父亲申请绿卡。我们四月初递交了I-485/131/765 的申请，也很快受到了receipts。可他直到六月底才收到一份打指纹通知，而且上面只有要求打I-765 的指纹(只打了一个手指的指纹），没有I-485的biometrics。 我周围的朋友都是I-765/I-485 一起，请问8老师
1）这种情况是表示他要经过面试，现在只先受理I-765吗？
2）他的I-765 fingerprint 的日期比一般的晚了两个多月，这会表示他的AP卡处理时间也要顺延两个月吗？
3）I-485 的指纹一般都在受理实际申请之前多长时间打？
4）我们在六月份提交了inquiry，前两天看到'next step' in case status was first updated to 'case assigned to an officer', then updated to 'as of xx,xx, 2019, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive is currently not assigned for processing',
what does this 'not assigned for processing' mean?
