Help on Landing Canada Docs restart2 文学城

I am currently holding H1-B and will go to Canada for PR landing. Do I need to ask my company to issue a proof for my H1-B status so as to be safe to get visa when I am returning back to US? Is there any other docs that I need to bring for the landing? Your information is highly appreciated.
