I just found out that the Visa Bulletin on the US state department's website:

Contains the new information about the visa priority date, for
Employment-Based
1st and 2nd category are still current. But for 3rd category, For Chinese, Indian and Philipines applicants the priority date changed to 01JAN02 (it has been listed as current for a long time).
Any expert knows what this means and what is going on? I am really surprised that it is not even mentioned in these attorney's news lists.
