My I-485 is still pending, and I need to renew my EAD, the instructions on the latest version of the EAD application form indicates that all applicants under---(c) (9) to file the form to the CIS office in Chicago. Since my I-140 NIW has been approved and on the same day, my I-485 was transfered to local office, shall I renew my EAD at the local office or still send the application to Chicago?
