What is salary requirement for EB2?
I check the internet, only found salary requirement for level 1 and level 2 engineer. Does that mean EB3 equal to level1 and EB2 equal to level 2?
In some website( like murthy.com), it is said that a new bill called omnibus bill passed Dec.8, 2004.
In this new bill, a new formula to calculate salary was given. There would be 4 levels instead of the old two levels.
I found that the new level 2 and level 3 salary are lower than the old level 2.
does that mean the slary requirement of EB2 decreased too?
You know my LD's slary was lower than old level 2( which is 83K in illinois), but close to new level 2. Hopefully it is true that new bill ower the EB2 requirement.
Could you explain this?
