This question might have been asked before, I just could not find a old message talking about this. Sorry to ask again!
Basically, if the employer has negative net income balance sheet, will that likely lead to a denial of 140? Or what kind of document could help if they would request for RFE for all negative net income. Our company have decent amount of revenue, just in the tax return form, net income is a small negative amount. My lawyer said it might be OK, but I wonder if anybody have similar experience and have something worked out. Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm kind of nervous now.
