Hi, for EB1-B (OR) application, lawyor said that I have
to provide evident to show that I have three years experience
in research in academic field, and this time period cannot
be my Ph.D. research years, it has to be after I
acquired my Ph.D.
My question here for those who may have past experience is
that I am now working in R&D group in a chemical engineering
simulation company for over three years. What do I need to
put in words so that the INS officer can be persuaded that
what I am doing is academic research?
BTW, my Ph.D. degree is in the same field.
