I am waiting for I-485 approval thr work. My wife filed hers with me.
Just heard that Priority Date for Chinese return to 1/01/2002.
And too bad that my PD is 4/11/2002.
But my wife is Japanese. Her PD has no cut-offs. Does it mean she will get GC earlier than I do, or she has to wait primary applicant get first?
Anyone knows the answer?? thanks!
