Does anyone know good immigration lawyer in San Francisco bay area? I am applying family based immmigration(my hu*****and is u.s citizen). Also does anyone happen to know how long it usually take to get AP after submitting I-485 and 140 etc? Could I go home after I submit gc application but before I get AP? My current status is F-1.
