I filed H4 application for my wife in July this year, now it is still pending.
Her OPT ends in September, it says it takes about 150 days to 180 days to process H4 on the notice we received in July. Now, online, it claims it needs 100 dasy to 150 days to process.
The question is:
If by next January (pass the processing time windows on the notice), this case is still pending, should we contact the immigration center?
How could we contact them? mail, email, fax, phone call?
