My I-140, I-485 and my wife's I-495 have been filed concurrently and are pending now.
If both of us file I-765 and I-131and get EAD and AP:
1. If I use EAD card to work, will I lose my current H1B status? 2. If both of us use AP to travel back to US, will I lose my H1B, my wife lose her H4 status? 3. if my wife use EAD, will she lose her H4 status? 4. In sumarry, if we use EAD or AP, can we still maintain our H1/H4 status? Thanks!
