i am applying LC. I think i should be classified as Level I and salary should
be ok. unfortunately, the Labor department inform me that i should be
classified as level II. therefore there is 20000$ gap between current salary
and prevailing salary.
even if my employer give the agreement that they will pay me prevailing
salary, it is a problem about that much gap? any one has same experience,
(have gap about salary)?
i am really depressed today!
