Dear Friends,
I am surprised there could be 2 to 4 months of “export license” obtaining for Chinese citizen before starting employment with a giant high tech company in US. I cannot stand such a waiting period and also worried case if the “export license” cannot be eventually obtained. Do you have any experience or information to share about this? Is there any way around to reduce this period? The process is related to government? (government’s process and decision is unpredictable). Thank you!
