I filed I140 and 485 based on employment concurently in Sept 2004. Now I have to go back to Beijing to apply H1 visa. Here is a question about DS156 form I am not sure. In item 36, it asks 'Has anyone ever filed an immigration petition on your behalf. '
Should I answer yes. If yes, it should be my employer, is it right?
