Could any one give me a help please?
I got my H1B now from a private company. I will switch my job to a non-profit company. If in the futhur I have to change my job from non-profit company to a profit one , is it possible to transfer my H1B or not?
As I know people have to apply H1B half year advanced (in April ) if they want to get H1B for a profit company because quota of H1B in profit company has limitation and it can be used quickly, but quota for non-profit company has no limitation.
Thus If I want to swift my job from non-profit one to profit one, will immigration department deny this H1B transferring or not because quota of H1B in profit one has been totally used in that year?
