I just get my H1-B approved (from J-1), which starts after two month later (So I am still J-1 now). It is in one University. Right now, I get a much better offer from another university. They let me go there as soon as possible. Can I apply for the new H1-B now? Do I have to wait for two months? What can I do? Thanks!
