Does I-864 need to be put in a sealed envelope? I know it needs to be notarized. It says in the I864 instruction that " to enclose the affidavit of support and accompanying documents in a sealed envelope to be opened only by the designated Government official." Is this a must? If yes, does that mean it has to be sealed in the notary office? Thanks!!!
