Dear friends,
My hu*****and filed I140/I485 applications concurently based on employment. Both application are pending so far.
I also filed a I485 application as a dependent when my hu*****and submited the 140/485 applications. And at the same time I am working as a h1b holder.
My questions are, (1) can I still work with my current h1b status if I come back from China with Advanced Parole (AP)? (2) If the anwser to question (1) is "no", can I apply for another h1b? I really like to work with h1b instead of EAD before the approval of 140/485 applications.
Is there anyone who has the same situation as I do? How do you work it out?
