First Letter in July
Second Letter in May, waived interview and asked me to do Physical Exam
Did Physical Exam in May of 2004
Nothing happened from there...online status always shows "in process". I find that usually the 3rd letter asking for passport should be received in 2 months after the Physical exam. It is already 7 months and there is still nothing. Should I contact them now and ask? The concern is that the inquiry may result in delay. Please advise.
Questions on L/C application in US:
Filed the RIR in September of 2003 and is not going as I was filing in one of the slowest states. Now the PERM is going to be effective on March 28, 2005, will the PERM do any good to my current application?
