H4 to H1, when to work headbig2005-01-10 16:30:02

Has H1 before so it won't count against the quota. However, lawyer said can start working right after receive the receipt from INS.

I know it would be ok if it was a H1b transfer. However, my case was a H4 to H1 and H4 supposed not able to work at all.
