I am in the process to immigrate my parents to U.S. Recently I received TWO $335.00 "Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee Bill", one for my mother while the other is for my father. They both listed as the principal applicants on their own bill and they have different case-numbers with the NVC.
My question is, can I pay only one of the $335 bill to cover both of my parents for the "Immigrant Visa Processing Fee". If I can, what the procedure is ?
I tried to call the National Visa Center to talk to a live person, and was told , by the automatic answer system, that I need to call the number later because of the current heavy volume of callers.
