Background: first I140 (NIW) submitted last July, four months later, (Nov04) concurrently submitted another 140 (EA) and 485. On December 2004, first 140 approved. tried to write letter to USCIS to ask them to switch my 485 from pending 140 to approved 140. never got response from them.
Today feel not sure since another guy with similar situation was rejected for his second 140/485. Then decide to call USCIS (800 number in your receipt), after waiting 20 min, a lady told me it is impossible for the switching. The only thing I can do is to withdraw my 485 and second 140, and file another 485.
do anyone have similar experience?
