何时可以申请AP？是140/485 concurrent filing

- 拿到485 Receipt?
or
- 拿到485 Receipt 后六个月？

必须要I-140也Approved吗？一定要和EAD卡一起递吗？我有Valid Non-immigration Visa， 无需EAD。
